I understand the in-home classroom safety policy, including that personal firearms are not permitted in the vicinity during classroom instruction. I understand my requested class date/time is not guaranteed until confirmed by the instructor.

In-Home Firearms Instructor Acknowledgment
A qualified USA Veteran Firearms Training instructor assigned to in-home training may be lawfully armed while performing instructional duties. Any carried firearm will remain concealed in accordance with applicable law and company policy. Permission to enter the residence while armed must be provided by the homeowner or person in control of the property.

I acknowledge and grant permission. I confirm that I am the homeowner/person in control of the residence, or I have authority to grant permission, and I give the assigned instructor permission to enter the residence while lawfully armed. I am not the person authorized to grant permission. USAVFT must obtain permission from the homeowner/person in control before the instructor enters the residence while armed.

Your requested class spot is temporarily held while you complete payment. Please complete Stripe checkout within 30 minutes. If payment is not completed within that time, the checkout session will expire, the temporary class hold will be released, and you will need to submit the registration form again.
